Chelsea Parkhurst earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Dixie State University in 2015 and her master’s degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2021. She is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) in the state of Utah. Over the course of her career, she has gained valuable experience working in residential treatment, behavioral health, and private practice settings. This diverse background has deepened her understanding of the unique challenges individuals face.
With specialized training in self-harm behaviors and suicidal ideation, Chelsea brings a deep understanding of these sensitive issues. Through ongoing education and hands-on clinical experience, she applies evidence-based techniques to help clients navigate these struggles effectively.

She also loves crafting, running, watching movies, and diving into creative projects with her husband—they’re always dreaming up something fun to build together.
